Cookie Dough Green Monster
Recipe adapted from Full Measure Of Happiness
Makes 1 serving

[NOTES: I do not count points for fruits or vegetables for this recipe so the only points are from the almond milk, chia seeds, honey/agave nectar, oats IMO. Feel free to calculate points at your own discretion.]
1 cup skim milk (I used chocolate almond milk)
2 Tbsp vanilla Carnation Instant Breakfast (I omitted)
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp honey or agave nectar
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup uncooked old-fashioned oats
2 handfuls baby spinach
1 ripe banana (I used 1 peeled and frozen)
1. Add all ingredients into the blender in the order listed.
2. Blend well.

The vanilla extract and oats does give it that cookie dough flavor but don’t kid yourself. It’s not like eating REAL cookie dough. lol. I might have to try steel cut oats next time to see if there’s a difference.
