Today was a cloudy+humid morning. Not a good combination for me. I’m a sweat-er so I hate humidity. I would not survive in Florida.
I’m really sore from Zumba last night so after the first 5 min run I wasn’t sure I’d make it. But I pushed the negative talk out of my head and just kept going until that glorious moment when my app said “Interval complete. Five minute cool down…” Even though I completed each day this week, I’m thinking about repeating Week 4.
